Recruiting Film (2020)
 

TAG Heuer stands for high-quality watches. And watchmaking is a profession with a long tradition. Which is still essential today despite the most modern production techniques. At the latest when it means servicing those high-quality watches and - if this happen - repairing them.

 

The task for this film was to create a nice recruiting film for the profession for trade fairs and for later evaluation on the Internet, as well as for marketing purposes. The time for this - what an irony when it comes to watches - was very short. With only a light preliminary concept, we went to the scene and then we had to see what we found and what we could create from it. And so the primary goal was to design an implementation that was appropriate to the product and the work situation. It quickly became clear that it should be elegant, as well as natural and unvarnished in the truest sense of the word. And since this delicate and meticulous work can quickly appear solitary, it was also important to capture the interpersonal aspects, the togetherness in the work process and the collegiality.

In the end, a small, simple but pretty recruiting film was created in which the individual wheels mesh well together like a clock.
